You might be feeling worn down, tired of reacting in ways that don’t feel like you, unsure of where you stand in your relationships, or longing for a deeper sense of purpose and peace. Maybe you’ve been trying to keep it all together, hoping that if you could just stay in control, things would finally settle. But instead, you feel more overwhelmed, more anxious, and more disconnected from yourself. If you’re craving a space to slow down, exhale, and come back home to who you are, I’d be honored to walk with you.

Life often brings twists we didn’t expect grief, trauma, relational pain, parenting struggles, or seasons of transition that shake our sense of identity. These moments can bring up shame, fear, loneliness, or confusion. You might be noticing that the life you’re living feels misaligned with the one you hoped for. That gap is worth naming and worth exploring with curiosity.

In the therapy space, I sit with people who feel uncertain about their relationships, their sense of self, or how to move forward. Many arrive feeling lost in a swirl of thoughts they can’t quiet or emotions they’ve had to bury just to get through the day. The inner critic can be so loud, and the path forward can feel unclear. My role isn’t to have all the answers but to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. I’m here to help you learn how to regulate your emotions, build awareness of what’s happening beneath the surface, and gently help you make sense of your pain so you can reconnect with your most authentic self.

Over time, our work becomes a space where you can begin to notice the inner strength, care, and resilience that have always been within you even in the most vulnerable parts. My hope is you would leave our sessions feeling more connected to yourself, more at ease, and more able to offer yourself the understanding and kindness you’ve long deserved.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through past trauma, walking through a major life change, exploring your adoption story, grieving, feeling the weight of perfectionism, or wondering how attachment patterns are showing up in your relationships, I want to hold space for your story. Together, we can begin to uncover the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create space for courage, clarity, and self-compassion to grow.

Whatever pain you can’t get rid of,
make it your creative offering.
— Susan Cain

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, relational lens. I am EMDR certified and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help clients make sense of the deeper layers of their experience. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, shame, family dynamics, identity questions, and codependency. If you're processing spiritual hurt or wrestling with questions about your faith, I offer a space that’s compassionate and judgment-free. I understand that spiritual trauma can be confusing and isolating, especially when others around you may not share or understand your experience.

Maternal mental health is another area of deep passion and specialty for me. I have advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and support women throughout the reproductive journey - whether you’re adjusting to the demands of motherhood, facing infertility, or birth trauma. I also work with couples preparing for or adjusting to parenthood using Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home model, helping partners strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and build shared meaning in their new roles.

My hope is that our work together feels like a steady, supportive presence in your life, a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. I bring warmth, humor, creativity, and practical tools into the room, and I honor the depth of what you're carrying. Healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. You don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to reconnect with yourself and begin the journey forward, I would be honored to walk with you.
