COUNSELING IN DALLAS & VIRTUALLY ACROSS TEXAS
You hold it all together.
Let’s create a space where you don’t have to.
Counseling for women navigating anxiety, motherhood, identity shifts, and emotional burnout in a personalized and intentional care setting.
you’re here because
Somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself.
You’re capable and used to pushing through, yet underneath you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or overwhelmed by the weight of carrying so much for so long.
Those things that used to help you cope? They’re not working like they used to.
overthinking and overfunctioning
perfectionism and self-pressure
taking care of everyone else first
pretending you’re fine
staying busy instead of slowing down
telling yourself to “just get through this season”
Often, these patterns are rooted in deeper emotional questions we began asking long before we had words for them. Understanding your Primal Question can help uncover the deeper patterns beneath the overwhelm.
Meet allison williams, LPC
Thoughtful counseling for women navigating the pressure, transitions, and emotional weight of modern life.
I work with women who are used to being capable, dependable, and high-functioning on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, or a growing sense of disconnection underneath it all.
My practice is intentionally small, relational, and personalized, offering support for women navigating motherhood, identity shifts, burnout, and the emotional complexity of their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Located within Walnut Hill Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates, I offer integrated emotional support in a setting designed specifically for women’s health and wellbeing. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in attachment, nervous system awareness, and meaningful emotional insight.
